Current test version: 0.6.23
Automatic setup wizard
- After signing in, new accounts complete four steps: contract and working days, location or team, SDB calendar and SDB opening balance. Progress is saved. The calendar and opening balance can be set up later. Existing configured accounts retain direct access to their dashboard.
Restart an unverified registration
- Administrators can remove an unverified account to allow registration with the same work email address again. The old account is retained; old verification links no longer work.
Use a personal address after work email verification
- After verifying your work email, you can set a personal address in Personal settings. The new address must first be verified and will then be used for sign-in, password resets and reports. The original employer verification is retained. Verification links open directly from a mail app.
Record working from home with your mileage
- Choose Worked from home when recording hours or adding missing mileage. This records 0 kilometres and completes the mileage entry. The choice remains visible in the hours overview, monthly report and emailed report.
Daily private-car mileage for Visma
- The monthly report and emailed report show one private-car mileage total per date and a monthly total for manual entry in Visma. Missing mileage entries are flagged; company-car mileage is excluded.
Five clear dashboard cards
- The five dashboard cards appear side by side on wide screens and stack on mobile. Use the mileage card to complete missing mileage entries directly, without opening your hours form.
Simpler time registration
- The calendar connection panel has been removed from Time registration. Manage the connection through Personal settings.
Shift codes managed by location
- Manage times, breaks and company car use together under each location. The duplicate employer-level list has been removed. Existing settings are carried over; changes apply only to the selected location.
Company car by location and shift code
- Administrators can set the company car default for each location and shift code. It is applied when recording hours and can be changed for each shift.
Waiting period for missing calendar events
- Missing shifts and leave days only trigger a notice after a successful recheck at least 24 hours later. Returning events clear automatically; changed times remain visible immediately.
Recovery link from your email
- The recovery link opens the new password form directly, including from an email app on your phone.
More reliable password recovery emails
- Recovery emails use a dedicated email service. Sending errors can be investigated more easily.
Reset password
- Request a single-use reset link from the sign-in screen, sent to your saved email address. Hours and settings are preserved.
Mileage and company car
- Record your private-car mileage alongside your worked hours. Set a company-car default for each shift code and location. You can change this for each shift.
Differences only after changed SDB times
- A new time registration does not trigger a difference notification while SDB still shows the old schedule. Only changed times received after the shift ended can trigger a notification.
- Fetching unchanged times again, or changes to only the title or location, does not trigger a worked-time notification. Matching times remain automatically accepted.
Opening balance from the earliest month
- An earlier calendar month becomes the starting point for your hours balance, even if you saved a later month first.
- Time registration, personal settings and the running balance use the same starting point. Subsequent months are recalculated without counting the cumulative balance twice.
Opening balance status and registration from the shift date
- Time registration shows whether the SDB opening balance and monthly target have been entered.
- Future shifts remain visible, with an explanation of when you can record the hours. The same rule is enforced when saving.
Readable dates for roster changes
- Roster changes and SDB comparisons show the weekday and month name, for example Monday 12 April 2027. The year remains visible and the English view uses English dates.
Checking recorded times against SDB
- The latest times received from SDB are compared with your own registration. Matching times are automatically accepted; only differences trigger a notification.
- The check also covers older linked shifts still supplied by SDB. Breaks and approval status are outside this comparison.
Focused on home care
- The welcome page, guidance, registration and in-app wording focus on home care workers with changing routes, in Dutch and English.
- The break guidance reflects the setting for each shift code. SDB Octopus remains the supported roster system.
Time registration guidance clarified
- The guidance explains that you record times and breaks after each shift and that the monthly overview updates automatically.
Work email address at registration
- The registration email field is now labelled Work email address.
Break per shift code
- Set a default 30-minute break per shift code. Adjust the break actually taken when recording hours.
Work email and employer requests
- Email domains per employer, email verification and requests for unknown employers reviewed by the administrator.
Paste calendar link
- When connecting your SDB calendar, use the Paste button to enter the copied link.
Clearer explanation of roster changes
- The welcome page explains why connecting early and saving original roster times matters.
Refreshed welcome page
- A wider introduction with a visual example and an updated mobile layout.
Roster changes on the dashboard
- A dashboard notice shows changed, missing and returned shifts that still need reviewing.
Sign in with email
- Administration shows accounts and email verification, with a secure read-only support view.
- New accounts use their email address as their username and verify it immediately by email.
Reason only for reduced hours
- The missing reasons list only shows reduced hours without a reason. A reason for additional hours is optional.
Add reason button fixed
- The reason field stays visible for both additional and reduced hours. The button opens the form and goes straight to the reason.
Add missing reasons
- Time registration shows recorded shifts that still need a reason for the difference, with a direct button to add it.
New registrations and fixed calendar guidance
- On the first SDB connection, the upcoming month is automatically captured retrospectively after a missed reference date, when shifts are available.
- Dutch and English guidance on article 3.2 of the VVT collective agreement, monthly snapshots and joining after the reference date.
Capture a monthly roster retrospectively
- Before the month starts, a missing capture can be supplemented once with the current SDB roster, clearly marked as captured retrospectively.
Original monthly roster
- Each roster month is captured 28 days before its first day during the check from 18:00.
- A personal calendar link shows frozen monthly rosters without later SDB changes.
- Missing historical captures are clearly marked and not filled in retrospectively.
